Eligible Returns
You may return a book within 7 days of delivery if:
- The book is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Pages are missing or misprinted
Non-Returnable Items
- Books with highlighting, writing, or visible signs of use
- eBooks or digital content (once accessed)
- Books returned after the 7-day window
How to Return
- Contact us at bookpointpro@gmail.com with your order number
- Include photos of the damaged/wrong item
- We will arrange for pickup or provide a return address
- Refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
